• Slip/Rack Waterways Permit Application
Slip/Rack Permit: Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 22F of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, persons with dockage in the Waters of the Town of Danvers on other than a transient basis (one week or less) shall annually pay a slip fee to the Town in the amount specified by the Town Manager based upon the length overall (LOA) of a vessel (12 ft. minimum).
